SHIPPING POLICY

At Healthy Living, we strive to provide you with the best possible shopping experience, which includes efficient and reliable shipping services. Please read our shipping policy to understand our processes and ensure your order is handled smoothly.

1. Order Processing Time


Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and you will receive an email when your order has shipped.


Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 1pm on a business day will be processed on the same day unless we have a high volume of orders.


2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates


Portugal:

Standard Shipping: 1 - 2 business days. Flat rate of €4.99 or free for orders over €40.
 

Spain:

Standard Shipping: 2 - 3 business days. Flat rate of €5.99


Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Companies
We partner with trusted shipping carriers to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.


5. Lost or Damaged Packages


Lost Packages:

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@healthyliving.pt with your order number.  We will work with the carrier to locate your package or provide a replacement if necessary.


Damaged Packages:

If your package arrives damaged, please ask the courier to make a note of this.  Also, please take photos of the damage and contact us immediately with your order number and photos. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand our processes and ensure a smooth and efficient experience.

1. Returns
 

You have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.


Non-Returnable Items:

Opened or used products
Short dated products


2. Refunds
 

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.


If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund may take several business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.


Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).


3. Exchanges
 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 


4. How to Return Your Item
 

Contact our customer service team at info@healthyliving.pt to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.


Return Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
