A specific combination of minerals: Potassium, calcium, magnesium. Which are important for regulating heart rate (1), for muscle contraction and growth (2) and for preventing muscle weakness and cramps (3).
With sugar and sodium for better hydration during intense physical exercise (4)
The presence of vitamin C, which supports the immune system during and after training (5).
Vegan, gluten-free, certified safe for consumption by athletes and with only 1g of sugar.

Nuun Sport Electrolytes 10 Tablets
Adults: 1 to 3 tablets/day. The tablets should be spread throughout the day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Add 1 effervescent tablet to 300 ml of water. Wait until completely dissolved and stir. Consume immediately. Note: Do not prepare with carbonated water.
