BetterYou Vitamin D3 3000IU + K2 Oral Spray
Before using for the first time, spray three times to release the liquid. Shake well before each use. As a dietary supplement for adults, spray 3 times (0.4 ml) daily carefully into the mouth, ideally on the inside of the cheek, and wait a few seconds. Replace the cap after use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
